I’m Nichole Priddy, Founder and President of Catalum Strategies, with nearly 20 years of experience in federal health and government consulting. I was honored to receive the 2024 Leading with Impact Award, recognizing leadership and innovation in this space.

I got my start supporting the Defense Health Agency, my first client and the place I cut my teeth in government contracting. That early experience shaped a career spent leading large portfolios and supporting complex programs across the Military and Veterans Health markets.

I’ve partnered with SDVOSBs, 8(a)s, small businesses, mid tier firms, and Fortune 500 companies serving federal clients. I’ve built and led teams, managed portfolios exceeding $100 million, and driven pipeline growth on the same scale.

My experience spans P&L management, pricing and rate strategy, bid and proposal development, capture management, and business operations. I bring a strong balance of strategy, execution, and financial insight to every engagement.
